Initial Consultation
A 50 minute session to get to know each other, discuss your treatment goals, and an initial assessment and treatment if appropriate.
Subsequent Treatment
Follow-up assessment and treatment. 20 minutes maximum. Book this session even if you have a new concern.
Children and Youth
I am pleased to offer subsidized treatments for youths between 5 and 17, and free treatments for children between 0 and 4.
Planning Ahead
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to your session.
Please refrain from any other hands-on therapies for three days before and after your appointment, including massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic and acupuncture.

Emma Bergen is a certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2024 with a Masters of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences.
Natural Connective Osteopathy was born from the desire to understand the body and healing in a way that honoured all of its systems.
Cost
Children and Youth aged 5-17 are $40. Treatments for children 0-4 will remain pro bono.
As of September 1, 2026, treatments for adults are now $70.
